Ongoing Issues with Beko Refrigerator—Replacement Also Faulty

I purchased a Beko refrigerator, and from the very beginning, I have had nothing but problems. The first unit arrived damaged, with a dent and a broken side panel. I requested a replacement, and Beko sent another unit. However, the second refrigerator has a major issue—the lower section doesn’t cool properly.

I immediately requested a return or another replacement, but for the past 15 days, I have been calling every service and customer support representative possible, yet no one is helping. I am tired and frustrated with this process and have no idea how to resolve this on my own.

Beko, take responsibility! I expect an immediate solution, whether that’s a proper working replacement or a full refund. Fix this now!
