We purchased a refrigerator from a Beko dealer, and the unit delivered to our home was defective. When we requested an exchange, they delivered the same model 15 days later, but it was defective again, just in a different spot. When we contacted the dealer, they told us to plug it in and use it anyway. We are requesting a full refund for the refrigerator. After this experience, we no longer trust Beko for our appliance needs. This situation has been extremely frustrating, and we don’t want to deal with another faulty product. Beko, please process the refund promptly.
