Beko Gave No Clear Info After I Joined Gift Campaign
I participated in Beko’s “Gift Rain” sweepstakes after spending a total of ₺55,000 and joined the campaign using the code I received through the Oliz app. However, all information related to the campaign has been removed from the official websites. The sweepstakes was handed over to a company called Markera, but it is completely unreachable, and there is no information provided on its website either. A similar sweepstakes is now being run under the “70th Anniversary Campaign” with the same prizes but on different dates. Today, I spoke with a Beko customer representative who told me the draw would take place on 11.07.2025. But here’s where the inconsistency lies: they claim the campaign was extended, which is why different dates appear, yet there’s another draw scheduled for 19.08.2025. I plan to participate in the 11.07.2025 draw that is supposed to be held in the presence of a notary. If the campaign was indeed extended and today’s draw is valid, then what is the 19.08.2025 draw for? No one seems to have a clear answer, and all previous announcements have been erased. I chose Beko specifically because of this campaign, and now I deeply regret it. I expect an urgent response from Beko to protect its reputation. I will also report the matter to the Presidential Communication Center (CİMER) along with the necessary documents and archived campaign details.
