Beko Did Not Send Me Sweepstakes Codes for the 70th Anniversary Campaign
I made a purchase as part of the Beko 70th Anniversary Sweepstakes Campaign, but the sweepstakes codes were never sent to me. I called customer service at 444 0 888 three times, yet I received no response. If the codes are not going to be sent and no entry to the sweepstakes will be granted, then why are your dealers being instructed to sell products under this campaign? Seeing such behavior from a well-established and reputable brand like Beko and Arçelik truly shakes consumer trust. It’s disappointing to experience this from a company of this size.
