Beko Did Not Activate My Additional Warranty for the Built in Set I Purchased
I purchased a 3-piece built-in set (Oven-Hob-Cooker-Dryer Hood) from Beko on 28.07.2023, which I purchased from the online website www.beko.com.tr. In addition to these products, I purchased a 4-Year Additional Warranty for each of them separately through the website during the order. However, these additional guarantees were not reflected on the products. Although I made many calls on this issue, I could not get any results in any way and each time I received a response such as ‘Yes, you have purchased, we are opening your record on this issue or you have an open record, we ask you to wait’. It has been more than 1 month since my last interview and no one has called or asked during this period. The official warranty period of the products will expire after 3 months, but additional warranties have not been reflected on the products despite the passage of years.
