Beko CM9101 Washing Machine Rusting and Paint Peeling Problem
I have been experiencing rust and paint peeling just below the detergent drawer on the outer surface of my Beko CM9101 washing machine, which I purchased in 2021–2022. The problem has worsened over the past year, creating an unpleasant appearance on the machine’s exterior. In addition, cleaning the surface has become quite difficult due to the peeling paint. Since the warranty has expired, I have not yet contacted an authorized service center. However, I have learned that many users of the same brand and model have faced similar issues, and I would like my grievance to be resolved. I still have the product’s invoice and warranty certificate. I request that Beko provide a free repair for this recurring issue and offer assurance that the same problem will not happen again.
