I bought a Beko BM 3023 dishwasher two years ago, expecting it to have glass polishing features as advertised. However, it doesn’t just fail to polish—my dishes come out dirty! I have to hand wash everything, which defeats the purpose of owning a dishwasher.
I have tried everything, including regular maintenance and cleaning, but nothing improves. Even after a recent service visit, the problem remains the same. Additionally, the rinse aid compartment cannot be adjusted—I read the manual carefully, but my machine doesn’t even have the numbered settings. It barely dispenses any rinse aid, and I can’t change the amount.
I am extremely frustrated with this dishwasher. Beko, I need an immediate solution! Either fix this machine properly or replace it—I should not have to struggle with a defective appliance. I expect a prompt response!
