I have been calling Beko customer service since the morning, explaining my distress. Because I previously complained about the authorized Beko service in Çeşme, today they are refusing to process my POS device. At 12:33, I spoke with customer service and conveyed the issue; they assured me they would take the necessary steps and direct the service. However, no one has arrived until now. At 15:26, I called customer service again and reported the issue, but they claimed they couldn't see the complaint and said the bank would direct the service. Despite my explanation that the bank had already directed them and they were causing delays, they ignored me. I don't believe the necessary warning has been given to the Çeşme authorized service that caused my inconvenience. In this regard, I find Beko's response inadequate.
