Beko Air Cooler Order Canceled After 3 Weeks

Today, Beko representatives called me regarding an air cooler I ordered three weeks ago, informing me that my order had to be canceled due to insufficient stock. How can such a large company take orders without checking their stock status first?
I explicitly told the representative that I do not accept the cancellation of my order. I have already paid for the product and have been waiting for three weeks, considering consumer rights. Under no circumstances do I want my order to be canceled. I demand that appropriate action be taken.
Beko's system shows that my order has been canceled or requested to be canceled without my consent. This is unacceptable.
