Beko's Delayed Air Conditioner Installation

Beko assigned me the date of August 18 for the installation of the air conditioner I purchased from them. Because of my serious medical condition, I had no choice but to make a hasty purchase of an air conditioner. I am unable to stay in the comfort of my own home due to the severity of my health condition. Despite the fact that I've been staying at a relative's house with air conditioning, Beko is unconcerned about my situation. If they do not respond within a reasonable amount of time, I will cancel the order and purchase the product from a different brand. Beko, please don't make me second-guess my decision!
