Beko Air Conditioner Installation Nightmare
On August 17, 2023, a contractor dressed in a Beko service outfit arrived to install my air conditioner. Unfortunately, I had no idea these people were subcontractors. They drilled haphazardly into my house's wall, struggling for 4 hours to finish the installation. They shattered the intermediate connection pipe and attempted to reassemble it. They rushed through the setup rather than doing the necessary vacuuming. I would not have let them near my air conditioner if I had known they were subcontractors! Unfortunately, the vacuuming was completed in the days that followed, and when I turned on the AC, it began leaking water after only half an hour. To avoid water damage, we had to disassemble the TV above it. Unfortunately, water still got into the TV, rendering the touch controls useless. It's very likely that it'll stop working soon. I strongly advise you to ensure that the people sent to you are authorized service providers. My television is currently broken, and the situation is only going to get worse.
