Beko Air Conditioner Installation Service Dissatisfaction

I recently had a disastrous experience with Beko's air conditioning installation service. Despite being given a specific time slot, the technicians failed to arrive as scheduled. When I reached out to inquire about the delay, I was met with condescending responses, as if I were a child being pacified.
To make matters worse, the technicians left the job half-finished and departed, leaving behind a mess. During the installation process, they carelessly damaged my home and even managed to cut through our electrical wiring. When I pointed out their mistakes, they arrogantly brushed it off and continued with their sloppy work.
Adding insult to injury, the technicians were foreign nationals who struggled to communicate effectively. Their responses to my questions were evasive and dismissive, further exacerbating the already tense situation.
I am utterly disappointed with Beko's service and the unprofessional conduct of their technicians. This experience has left me with a bitter taste and a strong conviction never to recommend Beko to anyone seeking air conditioning installation services.
