Digiturk BeIN Sports Low Crowd Noise Issue During League Matches

I use the Sports Star package through Digiturk BeIN Sports. I've been a Digiturk subscriber for 15 years, and for a long time, especially during Turkish League matches, the commentator's voice is quite loud, while the crowd and fan sounds are almost inaudible. The crowd noise is particularly low at Kadıköy Şükrü Saraçoğlu Stadium (now Chobani Stadium). I can't understand why Digiturk does this. This seriously disrupts the match atmosphere and significantly diminishes the enjoyment of the service. I prefer Digiturk for live broadcasts to experience the atmosphere, but such low crowd sound effects negatively impact the viewing experience. Despite adjusting the volume settings on my device and TV, I don't experience this issue on other channels; the problem is only noticeable during BeIN Sports' Turkish League match broadcasts. I request that Digiturk BeIN Sports technically investigate this audio and mixing issue and increase the crowd/fan sound effects during Turkish League matches to a reasonable and realistic level. I would like to see a more balanced sound setting to create a sense of the match atmosphere during the broadcast.
