Bein Sports Turkey's Streaming Quality Is Poor and Stuck at 1280x720 I Expect 1080p

I’ve been using Bein Sports Turkey to catch the matches online, but the streaming quality is really bad. The highest resolution available is just 1280x720. We've been waiting for ages for them to provide 1920x1080 or even 2k streaming support, but they just keep ignoring what their customers want. It's annoying that a service we're paying for doesn't live up to the quality that a lot of other platforms offer. People are switching to IPTV services because Bein Sports Turkey isn’t working on making their quality and service better. As a paying customer, I expect more, and I’m asking them to actually hear what their users are saying and make the needed changes.
