Bein Sports TV Package Not Activated After Weeks Of Failed Digiturk Setup
Digiturk has turned what should have been a simple membership change into weeks of stress. For months before my internet contract ended, they kept calling me nonstop to stop me from canceling. I repeatedly explained that new customer packages online were cheaper, but they kept saying TV and Bein Sports were “different departments” and never helped. I finally managed to cancel my old internet one day before the deadline and applied online for a new internet + TV + fan package. On 3 November 2025, the technical team came but couldn’t complete the setup. We opened a new membership in my spouse’s name, and on 18 November only the internet was installed—no TV setup at all. When I contacted support again, they first denied that I had a TV package, then admitted it but said it “had not yet reached” them. After multiple calls, the TV setup finally happened, but this time match channels and other content couldn’t be activated due to “authorization issues.” They blamed wrong installation order and left everything hanging. It has been nearly three weeks, and our TV package is still not fully active. I’m now worried that if we ever try to cancel again, they’ll charge an early termination fee. I request that the full internet + entertainment + fan package under my spouse’s membership be activated immediately, with all channels included, at no extra cost, and that our ongoing issue be resolved without further delay.
