My Digiturk TOD Tv Won't Work on My Xiaomi and No Support Available!

I am very disappointed with the service from Digiturk TOD. I bought the TOD Fan Package and it's been great for watching on my mobile phone and computer. However, I've been experiencing some significant difficulties with my Xiaomi Android Box 2nd Generation. Whenever I attempt to utilize the TOD Turkey app on this device, I consistently receive an error message stating, "You do not have a package subscription," which is clearly inaccurate considering that I have already made the payment for the package. I've sent three emails to their support team, and it's quite frustrating that I haven’t received a single response. It's incredibly frustrating that getting in touch with customer service over the phone is an incredibly difficult task. I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I paid for, and I expect a prompt resolution to this issue. Digiturk, it would be greatly appreciated if you could improve your customer service and address this issue promptly.
