A Remini Pro App+Web subscription was accidentally purchased by my child through Google Play, without my knowledge or consent. As a result, ₺224.99 was charged to my bill, causing an unexpected financial burden.

I did not authorize this purchase, and I was completely unaware of the subscription. This situation has caused me unnecessary financial loss, and I am requesting a full refund for the amount deducted.

I kindly ask Remini support to review my case, cancel the subscription, and issue a refund immediately. This charge was made without my approval, and I expect a prompt resolution to correct this issue. Please process my refund as soon as possible. Thank you.
