Be Health Universe Rip-Off? Paid for Year, Kicked Out After 6 Months

On September 5, 2022, I enrolled in the gym formerly known as Gold GYM, now called Be Health Universe, for a one-year membership and paid the full fee upfront. My membership was supposed to end on September 5, 2023, but it was terminated on June 30th. When I tried to enter, I was denied access, and when I asked for the reason, I was told that the person who enrolled me misled me, and they were taken to court for it. They said, "You've been misled, and if you want, you can take us to court too, but you're not allowed in."

Why are members being victimized because of a misleading employee? Why aren't the rights of members being defended? Beyond all, there are proper procedures for everything, but I wasn't even allowed inside for this reason. When I tried to retrieve my slippers from my locker, a staff member was sent after me to escort me. I've never felt so mistreated with my money. Shame on them.
