Be Health Universe Levent Mall CHAOS! Disrespectful Staff, Broken Gym, 15-Minute Entry Wait!
I have a membership at Be Health Universe located in Metro City Levent mall, but the entry process is troublesome, and the receptionists are indifferent; the door doesn't open. There's a systemic issue; we waited 15 minutes just to get in. My son knocked on the door, and suddenly, "Why did your child knock on the door? It made a noise." Why did you make us wait at the door for 15 minutes? My 9-year-old son got sunburned in the heat. It only takes two minutes to open the door; why did we wait for 15 minutes? The attitude of the person opening the door is disrespectful. They say, "Use the app; there's a more disrespectful practice." We've been going to the same gym for 10 years; we're not just temporary members. This lack of professionalism is unprecedented. They even put up a sign on the door. The facilities are subpar; there are no lights in the bathrooms, broken toilets, everything is dirty, and they don't care about complaints. When you raise your voice, they say, "You can cancel your membership if you want."
