As a family of four, we've had a family package membership for Be Health Universe Gym since 2013, which we found more advantageous. Recently, we froze our package membership, but when we tried to reactivate it, we noticed that the package had been split. My spouse and children were treated as separate members, while mine was calculated separately. Not only that, but my membership ends 8 months later, while my spouse's and children's memberships end in 4 months. We've always purchased a 1-year package until now. When I asked the authorized person why the package was split, why there was a month difference between my spouse's and my memberships, and why my membership wasn't frozen, they said it was due to a system error but avoided providing any solution...
