Urgent: Pending UPI Withdrawal

I am using the BDG Game application and play the Vingo game. I have requested a withdrawal of my winnings to my UPI, but the withdrawal amount has still not been credited to my account. At the moment my husband is admitted in the hospital and I urgently need this money for his treatment and our expenses. I can see my wallet balance in the BDG Game app and I have already given a withdrawal request, but there has been no update or payment to my UPI account. This delay is causing me serious financial stress at a very difficult time. I request that my pending withdrawal amount be credited to my account immediately and that I be informed clearly about the status of my payment without any further delay.
