Deposit Not Received
I made a deposit of ₹2,000 to my BDG Game account via UPI on 5 June at around 6:18 pm, but the money has still not been credited to my game account. The amount has been successfully debited from my side, yet it is not showing in my BDG balance. After this issue, I contacted your support team. They keep asking again and again for the bank statement, and I have already shared the UPI transaction receipt with them, but still no solution has been provided and my issue remains unresolved. I request that my ₹2,000 be immediately credited to my BDG Game account as deposit for the above-mentioned transaction, or that you urgently complete the necessary checks and update my balance without any further delay.
