Navi UPI To BDG Win Money Deducted But Not Received

My BDG Win account deposit has not been credited even though the payment through Navi UPI was successful. On 01.04.2026 at around 09:13:45, I made a deposit to my BDG Win account with the user ID 14713*** via Navi UPI, but the amount has still not been reflected in my BDG Win balance. I contacted BDG Win customer support about this issue, but they have not provided any helpful solution so far. Since the Navi payment shows as successful on my side, I believe there is a problem on BDG Win’s end with updating or crediting the transaction. I request that my missing deposit be urgently credited to my BDG Win account, or if this is not possible, that the amount be refunded to my original Navi UPI payment method as soon as possible.
