BDG Game Deposit Not Credited - Money Missing
I made a deposit in BDG Game which has still not been credited to my account, despite the payment being successfully completed on my side. On 9 February 2026 at around 5:37, I deposited an amount of 4,317 via 7DAY-UPI to BDG Game. The order reference is RC2026020917374438026996g, the UPI ID used is robbanibepa****@ptyes, the UTR number is 299802675530, and the name on the UPI is Robbani Bepari. This deposit was for my BDG Game account with user ID 17458***, but the balance has not been added to my account. I tried to reach BDG Game customer support regarding this missing deposit, but I have not received any response. The payment has already been debited from my bank, so I am facing a loss until this is resolved. I request that my payment be checked urgently, the amount of 4,317 be credited to my BDG Game account as soon as possible, or, if this is not possible, that a full refund be processed back to my original payment method.
My BDG game ID is 6338***. I made a deposit payment of 1000, but the amount has not been received in my game wallet. Please check the transaction and credit the 1000 to my game wallet as soon as possible. Thank you.
