I made a deposit in BDG Game which has still not been credited to my account, despite the payment being successfully completed on my side. On 9 February 2026 at around 5:37, I deposited an amount of 4,317 via 7DAY-UPI to BDG Game. The order reference is RC2026020917374438026996g, the UPI ID used is robbanibepa****@ptyes, the UTR number is 299802675530, and the name on the UPI is Robbani Bepari. This deposit was for my BDG Game account with user ID 17458***, but the balance has not been added to my account. I tried to reach BDG Game customer support regarding this missing deposit, but I have not received any response. The payment has already been debited from my bank, so I am facing a loss until this is resolved. I request that my payment be checked urgently, the amount of 4,317 be credited to my BDG Game account as soon as possible, or, if this is not possible, that a full refund be processed back to my original payment method.
