Deposits Deducted but Never Credited to Account

I am a user of BDG WIN with UID 6126*** and I am having a serious deposit problem. Money has been deducted from my account multiple times, but the amount has not been credited to my BDG WIN ID balance. On 22/04/2026 and 27/04/2026, I made several deposits. A deposit of ₹10,000 with order ID RC2026042201435773054767b and UTR 204522107167 was deducted from my account but did not reflect in my BDG WIN wallet. Another deposit of ₹10,000 with order ID RC2026042221432885742401a and UTR 301263049789 was also deducted but not credited. In addition, a deposit of ₹5,000 with order ID RC2026042722454127125124c, UTR 891787178529 and UPI reference T2604272246137273999447 from the UPI ID sumer***@ybl was again deducted from my bank, but did not reach my BDG WIN account. In total, ₹25,000 has been taken from my account, yet my BDG WIN ID has not received these amounts. I request that all these pending deposits be verified and the full amounts be either immediately credited to my BDG WIN ID or refunded back to my original payment method as soon as possible. I kindly ask you to resolve this issue urgently and ensure that the missing deposits are settled without any further delay.
