BDG Deposit Amount Not Received

I deposited ₹6000 into my BDG Lottery game wallet on 31/01/2026 at 9:24 AM. The amount was deducted from my bank account, but it has still not been added to my BDG Lottery wallet. The details of the transaction are as follows: Reference No: RC2026013109243051188577a, UTR No: 686377517878, UPI ID: 9992205697@axl. My BDG Lottery game ID is 19108***. It has now been 2 days, and despite the payment being successfully debited from my bank, the balance is not reflected in my game wallet. I have submitted many requests to BDG Lottery support about this issue, but so far my ₹6000 has not been credited and I have not received a proper resolution. I kindly request that you urgently check this transaction, credit the ₹6000 to my BDG Lottery wallet, or refund the amount to my bank account as soon as possible.
