BDG Win BHIM UPI Deposit Not Credited To Wallet
I have an account on BDG Win with UID 4093*** and I am facing a serious issue with a deposit that has not been credited to my wallet. On 07.05.2036 at around 10:15 AM, I deposited ₹10,000 to my BDG Win account using BHIM UPI. The amount was successfully deducted from my bank account, but it has still not been credited to my BDG Win wallet. I contacted BDG Win customer support regarding this problem, and they only replied that “your receipt is being verified, please patiently wait, thank you.” However, a considerable time has passed and my money is still stuck, which is causing me inconvenience and loss of trust in the platform. I request that BDG Win urgently complete the verification and either immediately credit the ₹10,000 to my BDG Win wallet or, if that is not possible, refund the full amount back to my bank account. I expect this issue to be resolved as soon as possible and a clear confirmation to be provided.
