My BDG Deposit Money Not Received

I made a deposit of ₹1000 on 05/02/2026 to the Bdg Game application via Google Pay for my game account with ID 2329***. However, the amount was not credited to my game account. The money was successfully deducted from my Google Pay balance, but the game balance did not increase. I contacted the game’s customer support about this issue, but I have not received any response so far and the problem is still unresolved. I request that either the ₹1000 be promptly credited to my Bdg Game account or the full amount be refunded to my Google Pay account as soon as possible.
