BDG Deposit Not Received After Successful Payment

I made a deposit of ₹2,000 to my BDG account, but the amount has not been received in my wallet. The payment was successfully completed on my side, and the transaction details are as follows: RC2026032719151571878672a, 407865730716, T2603271915459052224959, and 21249344.

Even though the deposit was successful, the money has not been credited to my BDG wallet. I have already raised a complaint about this issue, but the funds are still not showing in my account.

I request that you please check my wallet and resolve this issue as soon as possible, as the deposit has been completed but not received in my account.
