On February 17, I made a payment of ₹1,000 through PhonePe by scanning a QR code to deposit money into my BDG Win game account. The amount was successfully debited from my Airtel Payments Bank account. However, even after seven days, the funds have still not been credited to my BDG Win game balance.
The payment was intended for my BDG Win game ID 14301860. Since the deposit has not been reflected in my account, I am unable to use the money I paid, even though the amount has already been deducted from my bank.
I request that this transaction be urgently investigated and that the missing ₹1,000 either be credited to my BDG Win game ID 14301860 or refunded to my Airtel Payments Bank account. I also ask to be informed of the resolution as soon as possible.
