On January 28, 2026, at approximately 10:55 PM, I deposited ₹10,000 into my BDG Game account (ID 18344172) via UPI using PhonePe. The amount was successfully debited from my bank account, and PhonePe shows the transaction as successful. However, the funds have still not been credited to my BDG Game account.
I contacted customer support and was informed that the matter is “still under checking.” It has now been about one month, and for the past week I have not received any reply or proper update from support. I was not provided with any complaint or reference number, and I have no clear information regarding the status of my money.
I request that this issue be resolved immediately. I expect either the ₹10,000 to be credited to my BDG Game account (ID 18344172) without further delay, or the full amount to be refunded to my bank account as soon as possible.
