BDG Win Did Not Credit or Refund My PhonePe UPI Payment

I am writing regarding a problem I experienced with a UPI transaction made through PhonePe that has not been credited to my BDG Win Game account nor refunded. On January 19, 2026, I sent ₹100 via UPI from my UPI ID kundantec***@ybl to BDG Win Game, but the deposit has not been received in my game account.
Although the payment was successfully processed as a UPI transaction, the ₹100 has neither been credited to my BDG Win Game balance nor reversed back to my original payment source. As a result, I have received no benefit from this transaction, and my money has effectively gone missing.
I request that this transaction be urgently reviewed, that the payment route be clearly explained, and that my ₹100 either be properly credited to my BDG Win Game account or refunded back to my original payment method as soon as possible. I also request a clear explanation of why this issue occurred so that it does not happen again in the future.
