BDG Game Deposit Not Credited After FamPay Payment

On April 23, 2026, I made a deposit of 2,000 to BDG Game via FamPay, but the amount has still not been credited. Although the payment was successfully debited from my side, the deposit has not appeared in my game balance.
I contacted customer support and was asked to provide proof of the deposit, which I submitted. However, even after sharing the proof, I continued to receive the same repeated responses without any meaningful update or resolution. The issue remains unresolved, and my funds are still missing.
I request that this matter be handled urgently by either crediting the 2,000 deposit to my BDG Game account or refunding the full amount to my original payment method. I also expect a clear explanation of why the deposit failed and why it has taken so long to resolve.
