I did not knowingly share my account details with anyone, and it appears that my account was accessed without my permission.
After realizing this, I contacted BDG Game support and reported that my account had been hacked and that my 47,000 bazaar balance had disappeared. However, my issue has still not been resolved, and my account remains affected by this incident.
I request that my account be fully secured, that my access be protected, and that my full lost bazaar balance of 47,000 be restored to my account. I also request that you investigate how this breach occurred and take strict action to ensure that this does not happen again to me or any other player. I am ready to provide any additional information if needed, and I ask that you contact me as soon as possible to resolve this issue.
I had placed a withdrawal of ₹30,000. Then I received a call from someone claiming to be from BDG Game. He kept calling repeatedly and said that my ₹30,000 withdrawal was stuck and not being credited to my account, and that I needed to complete a verification. He sent an OTP to my phone and told me to share it so the money could be transferred to my account. As soon as I shared the OTP, not only the ₹30,000 withdrawal but also around ₹170,500 from my main ID was taken and disappeared. Please help me.
