BDG Game Aviator Withdrawal Shows Completed but 7,000 Never Received

I am a user of the BDG Game Aviator game. On 01/09/2026, my BDG Game account showed a withdrawal of 7,000 as “payment completed” via the payment method ARPAY, with the order ID WD2026010905542176448165f. However, I have not received this 7,000 in my account, even though the system shows it as completed. Before this, I received a phone call from the number +91 92963 20412. The caller said that my amount was stuck and asked me to share OTP codes to resolve it. Trusting that this was related to BDG Game, I unfortunately shared the OTP twice. The caller then told me not to log in for one hour. The next day, when I logged in to my BDG Game account, it showed that the 7,000 payment was completed, but I never actually received any money. I request that this situation be investigated urgently, including the transaction with ARPAY and the call from the number mentioned above, and that the missing 7,000 be refunded to me as soon as possible. I would also like to be informed in writing about the result of this investigation and the actions taken.
