I am writing because my balance has not been credited to my account on the Bdg Win website despite multiple successful payments.
I made a total of five separate QR code payments on December 30, January 15, January 17, January 26, and February 22, totaling 34,500. None of these payments have been reflected in my Bdg Win game account balance.
I have full transaction details and supporting documentation for these QR payments, including transaction IDs, payment receipts, and screenshots, all of which clearly show that the payments were successfully completed. Despite this, my account balance remains unchanged, and I have not received any response from the platform.
I request that the full amount of 34,500 be credited to my Bdg Win game account immediately and that I be provided with a clear explanation as to why these payments were not added to my balance. I expect this matter to be investigated urgently and resolved without any further delay.
