BDG 5000 Rupees Transfer Not Credited

On 18 February at about 7:03 pm, I transferred 5,000 rupees via PhonePe from my Uttar Pradesh Gramin Bank account to my BDG account, but the money has not been credited to BDG. In my bank, the amount has already been debited and is showing as transferred, yet it is still not visible in my BDG balance. I have already spoken with my bank and they confirmed that the amount has left my account, but they told me that it has not been received on the BDG side. My BDG ID is 4088*** and my mobile number is 7398105***. I request that my missing 5,000 rupees be urgently traced and either credited to my BDG account or refunded back to my bank account, and that I be informed in writing of the outcome of this transaction.
