BC.Game Withdrawal Amount Not Credited to Bank Account Even After 24 Hours
I placed a withdrawal request on April 14th at around 10:30 PM, and by 11:39 PM, it showed as successful. As advised by their customer support, I waited 24 hours for the withdrawal amount to be credited to my bank account. However, it has now been over 44 hours, and the funds still haven't arrived. BC.Game customer support is no longer responding to my messages. They have already deducted the merchant fees from my withdrawal amount, yet I haven’t received anything. I feel like I’ve been misled and would like to dispute this issue with them.
They replied after 20 hours and closed the conversation in 1 minute stating that I was not active. I literally waited for their reply compromising my sleep and everything and they could not even keep the ticket open for 5 minutes. How am I supposed to reply in 1 minute without even getting a notification or anything. They think 40k INR is a joke
It has been 5 days. No customer service representative would raise a ticket. They always want to reach out to them after 24 hours, and I always reach out hoping to get the resolution/money refunded to my BC game account. I have attached screenshot of the conversation with their customer support. See how they always respond. They will talk about everything but the actual concern.
