Delayed Withdrawal and Unresponsive Customer Service at BC.Game

I asked BC.Game to let me take out money, and their customer service told me to wait 24 hours for the money to show up in my bank account. But it's been more than 44 hours now and the money still hasn't come. I can't get BC.Game customer support to answer my messages anymore. They took the merchant fees out of my withdrawal amount, but I still haven't gotten anything. I feel like they lied to me, and I want to talk to them about it. My ID number is 59283.
