BC.Game Account Not Loading And Level 31 Progress At Risk

I am a user from Pakistan and I am having a serious problem with my game account on BC.Game. My game account is linked to the username and email address “mushtaqk****[email protected]”. I am at level 31 in the game, but the game is not opening and the page does not load when I try to access my account. This problem has been continuing for some time and I am worried about losing my game progress and my account. I have not contacted any support before and I have not been able to solve this issue by myself. I kindly request that my game account be checked and that the loading problem be fixed so that I can log in again without losing my level 31 progress. I also request information on why this problem occurred and that my account be fully restored.
Progress

I have been having a continuous problem with the @ bc. Com service for about the last six months. My ID/account is not opening, and I cannot access the service properly. This opening problem occurs repeatedly and prevents me from using my account as intended.
During this period I contacted the company’s customer service about the issue. However, despite informing them that my ID is not opening, the problem still continues and I have not received an effective solution.
I request that my ID/account be opened and that this access problem be resolved permanently so that I can use the service without interruption.
