I am at level 31 in the game, but the game is not opening and the page does not load when I try to access my account. This problem has been continuing for some time and I am worried about losing my game progress and my account. I have not contacted any support before and I have not been able to solve this issue by myself. I kindly request that my game account be checked and that the loading problem be fixed so that I can log in again without losing my level 31 progress. I also request information on why this problem occurred and that my account be fully restored.
