BC Game Login Error Recovery Request

I have been unable to log in to my BC Game account for about 3–4 months. Every time I try to sign in, I see a “temporary account unavailable” message, and my access is completely blocked. My account is registered with the email address **Aarvee58**@gmail.com**. I have not been given a clear explanation for this situation, and I do not know the reason why my account is unavailable. I request that my account be checked urgently, that I be clearly informed of the reason for this block, and that my account be reopened so that I can access it again.
