BC.Game Account Temporarily Unavailable - Balance Not Returned

I have been unable to access my BC.Game account for about a year. Whenever I try to log in, I see a message stating that my account is “temporarily unavailable,” and I have not been able to use my account since then. My account is registered with my email address and phone number. There is a balance of approximately $73 (₹6,500) in my BC.Game account. During this past year, I have contacted BC.Game support, but I did not receive any response and my issue remains unresolved. I request that my remaining balance of $73 (₹6,500) be returned to me via a suitable withdrawal method, and that I be informed clearly about the status of my account and the reason for it being unavailable.
