BC Game Casino Deposits Have Not Arrived
I deposited 10,000 INR into my BC Game casino account via UPI on 17 December 2025 at around 12:00, but the amount has still not been credited to my account. In the BC Game payment section, the transaction shows as “Status: Processing” with Order ID F-1851735939487573715, credited amount 0 INR, order amount 10,000 INR, and Txid starting with 20251 and ending with 24694, created on 17/12/2025 at 12:00:06. The payment was completed on my side, yet my BC Game balance remains unchanged. Since the issue occurred, I have been contacting BC Game support daily. Each time, I only receive automated AI-style responses such as “wait, we are working on it, hold tight,” without any real solution or clear explanation of what is happening with my money or when it will be resolved. I request that my 10,000 INR deposit be immediately credited to my BC Game account without any further delay. I also ask for a clear clarification of this issue, as such long waiting times and repeated generic replies are unacceptable for a financial transaction.
