I Face Missing Package and No Support from Bauhaus After Incomplete Delivery
I ordered two faucet taps and two shower systems from Bauhaus. They shipped them in two separate packages via Kolay Gelsin cargo. However, only one of the two packages was delivered to me. When I contacted the courier company, they initially told me the two packages had different delivery timelines. Later, they admitted one package was lost and advised me to reach out to Bauhaus for a solution—either a refund or a reshipment.
Since day one, I’ve been in contact with Bauhaus, but all I’ve received are repeated phrases like “We’ve forwarded the issue to the relevant department; we’ll get back to you soon.” But no one has ever followed up. It’s been days of silence, no resolution, no compensation, and no responsibility.
I’ve lost valuable time waiting, my workflow has been disrupted, and I still don’t have the products I paid for. Neither Bauhaus nor Kolay Gelsin has handled this professionally, and both continue to point fingers instead of owning the issue.
Bauhaus, I demand immediate action. Either deliver the missing items or issue a full refund for the undelivered package. Enough with the delays and empty promises—take responsibility and resolve this now.
