I Never Received 1 of 2 Bauhaus Laminate Flooring Boxes and No One Will Help Me
On February 24, I placed an order through the Bauhaus website for two boxes of laminate flooring. On February 28, only one box was delivered. I immediately contacted both Bauhaus and the shipping company Kolay Gelsin, and they confirmed that two boxes were shipped separately and that one box is still missing.
However, since then, neither company has provided a clear update or taken any meaningful action. All I keep hearing from Bauhaus is, “We’ll get back to you,” but that follow-up never comes. I’ve been left completely in the dark.
Whether the issue is the fault of the shipping company or not, Bauhaus is responsible for making this right. They chose the carrier and took my payment — I should not be the one chasing down lost packages.
I now strongly suspect that my second box is lost, and I feel completely ignored and disappointed as a customer. I expect Bauhaus to urgently locate and deliver my missing item or issue a full refund for the undelivered product.
