Newly Purchased Shower Cabin from Bauhaus Leaking Water!

We recently purchased a shower cabin from the Bauhaus Kozyatağı branch, and to our dismay, it started leaking water from the bottom during its first use! This issue led to a dangerous situation where we slipped and fell in the bathroom, resulting in distress. Our experience with the shower cabin, bought with trust in the Bauhaus name, has been extremely unpleasant. We urgently request a solution to this problem.
