My Bauhaus American Door Has a Plastic Lock Mechanism and Feels Unsafe

Five days ago, I purchased a panel American door from the Bauhaus Kozyatağı branch (Order No: 01507494). After inspecting the product, I noticed that the internal mechanism of the lock cylinder is made of plastic material. This raises serious concerns for me regarding the security and durability of the door.

I called Bauhaus customer service to report the issue, but I haven’t received any response yet. This is the first time I’ve encountered such a problem, and I’m not sure whether the product is under warranty.

I paid ₺5,495 for the door and ₺700 for delivery. I request that a sturdy and durable lock cylinder replacement be sent to me as soon as possible to resolve this issue.
