Bauhaus Delayed Replacement for Damaged Rattan Furniture


Unfortunately, the rattan seating set we ordered from Bauhaus arrived broken after it was shipped to us. It was only natural for us to request a substitute. I have contacted them at least five times since the replacement was supposed to be delivered (July 25), and each time they have assured me that someone will contact me within two business days. We're not talking about small items that can be stacked on top of a cabinet here; rather, these are three large pieces of furniture that are taking up space in the hallway and living room. Why are they having such difficulty getting rid of this annoyance? It's difficult to imagine how long a large corporation like this will continue to keep customers waiting.
We are still waiting for the courier company partnered with Bauhaus to come and pick up the damaged product; they haven't provided a solution for days. We are supposed to travel out of town, but we can't.
