Bath & Body Works Order Missing Products & Unfulfilled Promises

I ordered six items during a sale, but unfortunately, I only received four of them. The missing items were indicated as "canceled" and "refunded" on my order status page.
This situation has left me feeling completely perplexed. Is it possible for my chosen items to be taken out of my cart and transferred to someone else's? Could you please provide me with an explanation or notification for the cancellation of my orders? I was all set to buy these items, but they became unavailable out of nowhere, and the ones I did get were quickly canceled and refunded.
