Shiseido Türkiye Has No Order Cancellation Option

I recently purchased a product from Shiseido Türkiye’s website, but I was shocked to find that while I can manage other aspects of my order, there is no option to cancel it. This is extremely frustrating, as customers should have the right to cancel unwanted orders easily.

Additionally, I want clarification on extra fees, such as customs duties if the product is shipped from abroad. There is no clear information on this, which makes it difficult to make an informed purchase.

I expect Shiseido Türkiye to provide clear cancellation and refund policies and explain how I can cancel my order if needed. Please resolve this issue and improve your system for customers!
